PADI Medical Questionnaire for Discover Scuba Diving

Before every Discover Scuba Diving experience, PADI requires all participants to complete a medical questionnaire. Most people can dive without any issue, but some medical conditions may require medical clearance.

There’s no need to complete it now—simply review it to make sure you’re eligible to dive.

Don’t worry: answering “Yes” to one or more questions doesn’t automatically mean you can’t dive. In some cases, you may simply need approval from a doctor.
